The location is superb, directly connected to a major mall and close to public transport. Staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful, adding to a pleasant ambiance.

The bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, and the check-in time is later than ideal, creating a minor hassle.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the elegant decor and spacious lobby made it an inviting place to relax, while the staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring my comfort and providing assistance whenever needed.

A wider variety of dining options would be nice.

Family with children will love it

I mean, they hooked us up with a suite that was bigger than my own apartment. The staff was real helpful too, even brought us extra supplies when we needed them.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly on the cheap side but worth it for the comfort.

Additionally, the lack of proper lighting in the room made it quite dark and unwelcoming, making it hard to relax. Finally, I was frustrated by the hotel’s breakfast offerings. they weren’t impressive at all for the price charged.

Would recommend for a weekend stopover

Comfortable room, great amenities, with excellent breakfast options that include both Western and Chinese selections, and located conveniently near the ferry terminal for easy city exploration.

my stay at this hotel was a delightful upgrade from my previous visits to hong kong. the location was perfect, just steps away from a massive shopping mall and excellent eateries. the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making this trip truly enjoyable.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The staff were super friendly, and we loved the convenient access to nine restaurants and the outdoor pool. We checked out the fitness center too, and it was really nice. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a good time with friends.

My stay was quite memorable, as I appreciated the hotel's amazing proximity to Harbour City, just a few steps away, and the peaceful stroll through Kowloon Park, which is less than a 10-minute walk, providing a perfect escape after a busy day exploring the city. the gym facilities were also a nice touch for a quick workout before heading out.

Had a fab time indulging in local eats! Niji Bistro just a hop away served up unreal sushi, and with great vibes nearby, it’s a must-visit. The staff at Marco Polo was super helpful, making my stay extra special.

Just a little head-scratcher, no full-sized mirror in the room? Plus, rolling luggage up the stairs to the lobby was a bit of a hassle.

Great location for family fun!

We had a fab stay! The hotel was super close to 2 MTR stations, making getting around easy peasy. Plus, we snagged an upgrade to a suite which was spacious and had a killer view of the harbor. Only bummer? The bathroom could really use a facelift. Totally recommend checking out the restaurant in the plaza.

Just a decent option for a fleeting pause in Hong Kong with value for money. The room was super huge, which was a nice surprise for us. Be aware there’s no swimming pool.
